Dear Santa Rosa Quilt Guild Members,

As we come to the end of the year, I must say I am even more amazed this year. I can hardly believe my eyes.

*1000 quilts for 2005
 * 1001 for 2006
—-and now 1106 quilts for 2007.

We have also delivered 550 hats this year.  Since we started this project in 1984 we have delivered 7591 quilts and 6083 hats.

You are all such an amazing group! Look at what we have accomplished in 2007. 
Was it better that I do not  announce a goal? I have listed all of the agencies that have received quilts from us on the website Community Quilts page.

I wish you could all be there when I deliver the quilts to see the happy faces and the wonderful comments on how beautiful the quilts are. Thank you so much for making this possible. It is all of us working together that make this happen. I will be your Community Quilts Chairperson next year and I look forward to working with all of you.  The quilts for Camp Pendleton are full size quilts and the others are various sizes.  Since we have so many different agencies just about any size will work.  I will need more volunteers, so if you would like to help please contact me.
