We would appreciate if Guild members who have donated items to the Guild would complete this form (even if you do not want a tax donation letter from the Guild) to help us more accurately report our degree of "public support" .  The info will be kept confidential.  The Treasurer will have a yellow folder at the meetings, into which you may put your form.

Here's the perfect opportunity for you to clear out some of your overstock, or buy something you can't do without.

The Reference Section from our "Policies, Procedures and Reference Manual" includes information on the history of the guild, award recipients, and opportunity quilt history. It will be updated at the end of each year on this site in lieu of updating the printed copies in the pink binders.

If you shop at these stores, you can get an eScrip card from each store you patronize.  If you present your card each time you shop, the store will donate to the Guild, at no extra cost to you.  Download the correct form, print it out,  fill it in, bring it to the shop and exchange it for the card.  Then shop!  It's that easy.  Contact Phyllis G. if you have questions (my phone and email are in the Guild directory)
